Situated on the North-East coast of Mallorca, Cala Millor and Cala Bona are two popular and busy holiday destinations. Cala Millor and Cala Bona offer some of the finest beaches in Mallorca, and after you have finished your hard day's sunbathing there is a host of activities in the town to keep you occupied in the evening, along with some of the finest restaurants in the area. Most of the British Bars offer night-time entertainment like quizzes, bingo, race nights, karaoke, Play Your Cards Right, plus live entertainers.






Cala Bona Beaches

Cala Bona Beaches

At Cala Bona there are three beaches, which are next to each other and protected by breakwaters, keeping the water calm and creating ideal conditions for swimming. Put together they are about 470m long and there is a lifeguard service as well as sun lounger, parasol and pedal boat rental facilities.

 

 


Port Roig

Port Roig

After the port of Cala Bona, following the coast north, you reach this beach with reddish sand and a couple of low-rise hotels. The beach is 200m long and 50m wide. Services: restaurant; sun loungers, parasols and pedal boats for hire.

 

 

 


Cala Sa Marjal

Cala Sa Marjal

The only beach which hasnīt been built up on the bay of Cala Millor; it is located just before the luxury residential development of Costa dels Pins, next to the road. During the summer months there is a tourist train which stops here. It is 600m long and 15m wide, with fine sand. Services: a bar which serves food; sun loungers, parasols and pedal boats for rent.

 

 


Port Nou and Port Vell

Port Nou and Port Vell

Port Nou is the name given to a stretch of coastline with a sandy beach and rocks, including a series of small residential developments, which continues north from Cala Bona. This forms a line of constructions along the coast, starting in the south at Punta de nīAmer and finishing at the beach of Sa Marjal, which is part of the zone known as Port Vell. The oldest houses are those next to the sea, next to a small oratory, and there are also some apartment blocks and hotels.
