Tristan
This restaurant is located in the very trendy Portals Nous. The chef is Gerhard Schwaiger, and bases his dishes on authentic Mallorcan tradition.. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the most amazing Marina with luxury yachts all moored outside. The wine list is fantastic.
Cellar Sa Sinia
This restaurant is in front of the Porto Colom Yacht club, and hosts a magnificent seafood based menu. The meals are all prepared using Mallorcan ingredients. The wine list offers a wide array of white wines.
Bens d’Avall
This restaurant is set on a hilltop on the north coast with truly amazing views. It is run by Benet Vicens and his wife Catalina Cifre. They have a wide selection of quality meals ranging from red prawns to Lamb. They have a quite amazing dessert called blanc-limon 2006. There is also a comprehensive wine list.
Koldo Royo
This restaurant was opened in 1989 by San Sebastian, after he won Spanish chef of the year. It is located in the centre of Palma’s Paseo Maritimo. It has a very English feel and the menu is very simple however the choice is amazing. The steaks are incredible!

This restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star in 2002, and is ranked in the 2006 edition of the Most Excellent Hotel restaurant guide. It offers an a la carte menu with a fantastic wine list.
Port Petit
This restaurant opened in 1988 and offers a huge selection of vegetarian dihes alongside the more traditional. Chef Gerard Deymier prepares amazing cuisine and the presentation is fantastic. They also stock a fantastic array of wines from France and Spain.
Cavall Bernat
This restaurant forms part of the hotel Cala Sant Vicenc in Pollenca. The menu features amazing dishes such as lamb and chickpeas. The terrace is set amidst beautiful mountain scenery and the wine list is very extensive.
El Olivo
This restaurant is set in the Hotel La Residencia in Deia. The cuisine is Mediterranean and very up market. The rack of Lamb is amazing. It also has a fine wine list with a huge selection of the best wines available.
Es Baluard
This restaurant offers a wide selection of top quality dishes and is always updating its menu to stay at the top of the tree. The chef Joan Torrens always prepares amazing dishes, very pleasing on the eye and truly magnificent on the pallet. They also have an extensive wine list.
La Gran Tortuga
This restaurant is run by father and son, Antonio and Javier Soriano, the food is amazing and the dessert menu is truly spectacular, along with the views over the bay of Peguera. They also have a well kept wine cellar.
