Founded in 1984 in Germany as consulting and real estate agency minkner & partner - now in Spanish legal form - exclusively works in Mallorca and has become one of the island's leading real estate agencies in the last 15 years.

The company's management is being carried out by Edith Minkner, real estate merchant and Lutz Minkner, economic attorney. A dream team with passion and competence: Edith Minkner manages corporate sales and has achieved a name as official expert for the valuation of properties. Lutz Minkner can look back to thirty years of professional experience as lawyer, lecturer and entrepreneur and due to numerous publications and textbooks he has become a designated expert for Spanish real estate and tax law. Lutz Minkner is not only certified as "experto inmobiliario" he is also a member of the German-Spanish association of lawyers.

Even the best director is nothing without a good orchestra. minkner & partner has a team of 30 best trained and competent employees who are all at least trilingual (German, English, Spanish, but also Russian, Italian, French, Portuguese and Bulgarian) and consequently represent the company's philosophy. Many of them have finished an academic degree or completed a superior training. Edith and Lutz Minkner are proud of their team and the team is proud of the enterprise. Our key business-area is the south west of Mallorca, so to say the region between Palma and Port Andratx. The Main Office is located in the middle of this region, in Santa Ponsa. During the years we have also concentrated on the northern belt of Palma from Santa Maria to Valldemossa, where we successfully offer country houses, Fincas and big country estates. And due to strong demand we have as well intensively attended to the southern half of Mallorca in 2008, where we specialize in quality country estates in the "magic triangle" of Llucmajor, Felanitx and Santanyi.

Our field of activity is being handled from four offices (Santa Ponsa, Pto. Andratx, Palma and Llucmajor) and the marketing section in Pto. Andratx.

There are many real estate agencies on Mallorca but only few are b eing operated professionally; so better address directly to the expert.
