Situated on the east coast of Mallorca, Porto Colom is approx. 20km south of Porto Cristo. Claims have been made that this is the birthplace of Christopher Columbus.
As most of Mallorca's resorts, Porto Colom was, and still is, a fishing village and the fishermen's cottages can be seen at the north end of the pier.
Across the bay is the old town with it's small church.

This family owned Irish bar is in the lovely resort of Porto Colom, Majorca. McKenna's Irish bar has a great selection of beers, wines and spirits. Why one not try a nice pint of Guniness served in the traditional Irish way whilst watching your favourite sporting event. This bar also has great music and entertainment every night and the staff are always pleased to serve you. Should you just wish to relax and while away the hours the outside terrace is available for you by the Cala Marcal Beach Excellent bar snacks are available at all times.
