Koldo Royo

This restaurant was opened in 1989 by San Sebastian, after he won Spanish chef of the year. It is located in the centre of Palma’s Paseo Maritimo. Es Baluard

This restaurant offers a wide selection of top quality dishes and is always updating its menu to stay at the top of the tree. The chef Joan Torrens always prepares amazing dishes, very pleasing on the eye and truly magnificent on the pallet. They also have an extensive wine list. Aramis

This is a modern minimalist, Mediterranean restaurant and is one of Palma’s trendiest in the very popular area of Calle Montenegro (near to the Puro Hotel). Orient Express

Journey through a menu of the most amazing tapas in Mallorca. The atmosphere is electric, the staff are fantastic and the food is out of this world, and imagine all this whilst sitting in the original carriage of the orient express.
