Getting married is supposed to be the most beautiful day of your life, you look beautiful, the flowers look beautiful, the guests, well they look better than they usually do and the food looks really tasty too! But what about the venue?

Every year, thousands of couples spend a fortune getting married in the UK and then spend another small fortune on a honeymoon. Maybe it would be better to mix the two together?

So, you're going to get married where you live, perhaps in the same town you were born in and it will be very convenient as all of your friends and family will be able to come and.... STOP!

ISN'T your wedding day supposed to be about you? and what you want? after all, it is your day.

So, back to the venue! Shouldn't that be beautiful too? We believe so and that's why we think you should contemplate a wedding on the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Not so long ago, I was invited to a wedding in Mallorca and having been to many weddings in the UK, I would recommend it to anyone! Everyone looked happy and sporting sun tans, looked really well; which made for a great set of wedding photographs. The church was just gorgeous, just like the church every little girl dreams of getting married in and the views of the island from the church just made the whole thing feel like a fairy tale.

Getting married is one of the few times in your life that you are allowed to be selfish, so go on spoil yourself and have a dream wedding with the added bonus of not having to travel far for your honeymoon!
